In the Rural municipality of Victoria, Prince Edward Island, standards: No property/building may be or become hazardous, dangerous, a fire hazard or unsightly; property kept clean and free of fire/health/accident hazards, litter, and heavy undergrowth (except agricultural land); vacant buildings secured; enforcement: Written Notice to comply within 30 days; on non-compliance Council may by Resolution authorize entry to do the work, vacate, repair or demolish, with costs charged to owner as a municipal lien; fines up to $1,000.
