In the Municipality of South Huron, Ontario, standards: Yards must be free of rubbish, debris, noxious plants, grass over 25 cm, dilapidated structures, pests, dead trees, inoperative/unlicensed vehicles, and wrecked/abandoned vehicles/boats.; enforcement: Upon owner default on a final order, the Municipality may enter the property, do the required work, and recover its expenses as provided in the Building Code Act..
