In the Township of East Zorra-Tavistock, Ontario, standards: Grounds must be clean, cleared, free from rubbish, debris, hazards, undergrowth, noxious plants, weeds over 20 centimeters (8 inches), waste, and inoperative or unlicensed vehicles.; enforcement: Officer may order cleanup via notice; if default, Township may cleanup and recover expenses as taxes; contravention liable to fine up to $2,000.00.; standards: Yards and vacant properties must be free from debris, long grass, weeds, and conditions creating an unsightly appearance or nuisance.; enforcement: Owner must repair or clear property; failure to comply with an order is an offence liable to penalty..
