In the Municipality of East Ferris, Ontario, standards: Prohibits grass or weeds over 20 centimetres, garbage, debris, refuse, inoperative vehicles, standing water, infestation, unprotected pits or wells, and conditions creating health, fire or accident hazards.; enforcement: Order to remedy within 21 days; cleanup at owner's expense if in default; costs added to tax roll; fines up to $1,000.00.; standards: Yards and lands shall be kept clean and free from rubbish, debris, inoperable vehicles, dilapidated structures, long grass, weeds, dead trees, and pests.; enforcement: Officer may issue Order.
