In the Hamlet of Cambridge Bay, Nunavut, standards: No owner shall allow property to become unsightly land: accumulation of rubbish, refuse, garbage, hazardous materials, disassembled/inoperative equipment or machinery, animal/consumable-animal/building material, graffiti, dilapidated siding etc.; enforcement: Enforcement Officer may issue Clean-Up Order requiring remedy (14-30 days); if not complied, Hamlet may enter and carry out and charge cost as municipal service cost/lien; appeal to Council within 14 days.
