In the Town of Torbay, Newfoundland and Labrador, winter parking ban: During the Snow Clearing Season (Dec 1 to Mar 31), no unattended vehicle on any Highway during the hours of 01:00 AM and 7:00 AM; or during excessive snowfall (5cm+); or for the 24-hour period following a 10cm+ snowfall; sidewalk clearing: During the Snow Clearing Season, no person shall deposit snow and/or ice from driveways, sidewalks, parking lots or other property onto any street or road reservation; fines: $50.00; winter parking ban: From December 1st to March 31st, no parking, leaving or abandoning a vehicle on any Highway between 1:00 am and 7:00 am, and at any time when there is a snowfall and for twelve hours after the snowfall has ceased.
