In the Town of Mount Moriah, Newfoundland and Labrador, where allowed: ATVs may operate on town street/highway only to gain access from residence to Newfoundland T'Railway or other off-road trails and return; snowmobiles only to access the T'Railway from residence; helmet or age rules: Operator must be at least 16 years of age and hold a class of driver's licence under the Highway Traffic Act; valid liability insurance required.
