In the Town of Labrador City, Newfoundland and Labrador, winter parking ban: No person shall park a vehicle on any street in the Town between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any day; fines: penalty not exceeding One Hundred Dollars; first offence not less than $10.00; second offence not less than $25.00; third offence not less than $50.00; winter parking ban: During the Snow Clearing Period (Oct 15 to last day of April), no person shall park an unattended vehicle on any street, road reservation or municipal parking area so as to interfere, hinder or obstruct snow clearing operations.
