In the Town of Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland and Labrador, winter parking ban: No unattended vehicle parked on any town street, Municipal parking area or Municipal owned property from November 1 to April 30 between 12 midnight and 8:00 a.m.; sidewalk clearing: Occupant/owner of commercial building (or owner of vacant commercial-use land) shall remove all snow and ice from adjoining sidewalk within twenty-four (24) hours after a snow fall or formation of ice.; fines: first offence not less than $100 and not more than $500; subsequent not less than $500 and not more than $1,000.
