In the Town of Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador, standards: Prohibits accumulations of garbage or refuse outside buildings that adversely affect the amenities of surrounding property; refuse not to be deposited on streets, public places or private property unless in suitable containers; enforcement: The Director may order the owner to clean up and remove any accumulation of garbage or refuse; if the owner neglects or refuses, the Town may cause clean up and removal at the expense of the owner.
