In the Town of Flatrock, Newfoundland and Labrador, winter parking ban: From the first day of November of each year, up to and including the fifteenth day of April in any succeeding year, both days inclusive, no person shall park at any time an unattended vehicle upon a road, road shoulder, or a turning area within the Town. Prohibits parking unattended vehicles on roads or shoulders from November 1 to April 15. Prohibits shovelling or plowing snow from driveways onto roads. Violations may result in vehicle removal and cost recovery.
