In the Town of Channel-Port aux Basques, Newfoundland and Labrador, standards: No person shall obstruct, litter or befoul any street, sidewalk or public place with refuse, debris, garbage, or place/leave any dilapidated or unsightly vehicle, machine, article or thing; enforcement: Director may order the owner to clean up and remove any accumulation of garbage or refuse; if owner neglects/refuses, Director may cause cleanup at the owner's expense; standards: All properties shall be maintained in good condition and repair; storage of material to be at rear of lot, neatly arranged; under no circumstances will wrecked vehicles be permitted on lots; enforcement: Council may order work to make the building conform, demolish, or clean up; if owner does not comply, Council may do the work or demolition and recover the cost from the owner.
