In the Town of Channel-Port aux Basques, Newfoundland and Labrador, winter parking ban: December 1 to last day of April: no person shall park an unattended vehicle on any street or street reservation between 12:00AM (00:00) and 8:00AM (08:00), or during/for the twelve hours immediately following a snow storm; fines: fine not exceeding one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00); fines: fine of not more than the maximum amount of $100.00 and not less than the minimum amount of $30.00.
