In the Village of Fundy Albert, New Brunswick, standards: No person shall permit premises to be unsightly by allowing ashes, junk, rubbish, refuse, construction residue, derelict vehicles/equipment/machinery, or dilapidated buildings; or permit buildings to become safety hazards due to vacancy or dilapidation.; enforcement: By-law enforcement officer issues written notice; if not complied with, Council may cause cleanup, repair, or demolition at owner/occupier's cost, which becomes a debt due to Municipality and forms a lien on the property..
