In the Rural Municipality of Prairie Lakes, Manitoba, leash rule: No owner or person in charge of an animal shall allow it to run at large or trespass within the boundaries of the Municipality; fines: fine not exceeding five hundred ($500.00) dollars or to imprisonment for a term of not more than three months (3) of both.
