In the Town of Viking, Alberta, standards: A person shall not cause or permit to exist unsightliness or a nuisance with respect to any building or land they own or occupy.; enforcement: property owner shall; (i) remedy the deficiencies... or (ii) remove or demolish the building; standards: Premises shall not be unsightly, untidy or nuisance condition, including rubbish, inoperative vehicles, dilapidated structures, unsafe excavations, overgrown weeds, or interfering trees.; enforcement: Officer may issue Order to remedy. If not completed, Town may undertake actions and charge cost against person; if unpaid, charged against premises as taxes..
