What are the rules on junk, derelict cars, and unsightly property?
In the Village of Barons, Alberta, standards: Property shall not constitute Nuisance, danger, or Unsightly Premise. No refuse, abandoned equipment, or more than one (1) vehicle. Buildings must be kept in a Reasonable State of Repair.; enforcement: Peace Officer may issue Order to remedy contravention. Contravention is offence liable to penalty of not less than $300.00.
